If you work in our London Offices you can now sign up to our health cover. Anyone who signs up will be mailed their own membership number and details for how to claim, should anything unfortunate happen (lets hope no one needs to use it).

Making a claim - Step by Step from the horses (AXA's) mouth:

1 - First, talk to your doctor

If you need to receive private treatment they can either refer you to see a specific named specialist for that treatment, or make an open referral. With an open referral, you can use our Fast Track Appointments, which means we can arrange the appointment with a suitable specialist, at a time and place that is most convenient to you.

If your doctor has given you the name of a specific specialist, just let us know their details when you call us.

 

2 - Next, call us on the number shown in your membership handbook

You need to call us before you start treatment. One of our friendly Personal Advisers will tell you everything you need to know about your claim and answer any questions you have about your cover.

If you have an open referral, your Personal Adviser can also sort everything out for you, including making your appointment. They will make sure you see an appropriate specialist at a time and place that suits you, and will also be able to reassure you - right there and then - that we can cover their fees in full.

If you do not have an open referral, tell your Personal Adviser the name of the specialist that your doctor has recommended and we will check that we can cover their fees.

3 - Don't worry about the fees

Often, we can pay all fees directly. If the hospital or specialist sends you an invoice, simply forward it on to us. If you receive any accounts from the hospital or practitioner requesting payment please forward them to us at AXA PPP healthcare, Phillips House, Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2PL.
