Our communication platform is Slack. We use it for all project and team communication across the company.
We have full time remote colleagues who are not always in the office so this is really important for us. If you haven't used Slack before, ask one of your new colleagues to give you a tour :)
GrooveHQ
Our customers can raise tickets via the platform to ask for help, report a bug or suggest improvement feedback.
If you are customer facing or in QA you should request access to this.
JIRA
Jira is used as our developer ticketing system. Contact Paul Wolf, CTO, to get access to this.
Useful not just for developers and QA but also Client Service to watch the progress of internally raised tickets.
Pipedrive
A sales tool for business development and client details. Only relevant if you are in Client Services or Business Development.
Access can be granted by Craig Mytton, CRO, or Aidan Neill, CEO.
Office 365
You can request a license for Office 365 to use the common programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ask your line manager about this.
Airtable
We use this platform for a variety of things and its extremely versatile. You can use a free account for anything from project management to organised record keeping.
We're looking into creating API's into Airtable to make inventory updates automated.
