We are happy to have you join us!
Over the next few days we’ll work on on-boarding you to help you understand our process and what to expect. Hopefully this will give you a steady foundation for your first few weeks with us.
- Understanding the business/ industry - We’ll tell you all we have learned about OOH, why we exist and how we’ve come to the point we’re at today. We’ll tell you why our work is important and how you can help us achieve our mission. You should also seek information about the industry and who our clients are yourself.
- Role expectations - Your line manage or HR will take some time going through your role in more detail and what the expectations are to be successful here.
- Finances & Admin - HR will guide you through the administration of getting you on-boarded and setup for payroll. There will be a few forms to fill out. We’ll also explain how finances work (salary, pensions, expenses)
- Policies - You’ll be sent a link to our google drive with policies to read such as ‘Security Policy’ and 'Health & Safety Policy’
- Equipment & Log-ins - We will have sorted out a Laptop for you before you arrive. We’ll take you through the setup with passwords and signing you up to all the services we use. Gmail, Slack, MS Office, CharlieHR, GrooveHQ, Confluence, JIRA, Pipedrive (if applicable)
- Meet the team - It's important you introduce yourself to everyone and learn a bit about their role and how it may connect with yours. We will arrange a team lunch in your first week to welcome you!
- Your 3 - 6 month check in - We’ll give you as much feedback as possible during your first 3 - 6 months to help you be successful at your role. Your line manager will be booking in time with you to go through your first 3 - 6 months and discuss your probation period review.
About the office
We are subtenants at Freshminds and have full use of their facilities. Please review the guides below for more information.

Please note, you will be issued with a swipe card on your first day. You must see ground floor reception to get this validated for the entire building rather than just our floor. If you lose the swipe card you can get a replacement for £10.00. This will be your responsibility.
